* Role: Customer Service Representative.* Location: Chandler, AZ Work Environment: 100% in-office- Onsite Duration: 12-month contract (potential for conversion) Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (some weekend work may be requested) * Job Responsibilities* * Emergency alarm and call processing support. * System manipulation to prevent false alarms. * Answering calls from vendors arriving/leaving sites. * Remote troubleshooting of security systems. * Message relaying and information copying (clerical/receptionist duties). * Top Skills Required* * Customer service and remote troubleshooting experience. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Experience as office receptionist/clerk. * Comfortable fielding calls from 3rd-party vendors and internal team members. * Demonstrated punctuality and ability to work independently. * 1 year of call center experience is ideal. * Technology Skills* * Basic computer familiarity. * Experience with Sureview (preferred but not required). * Preferred Qualifications* * Experience working under urgency and meeting deadlines. * Fast typing and data entry skills. * Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $19.54/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
