The selected individual will play a key leadership role in driving performance and engagement during the 3rd Shift. With a strong focus on safety, product quality, line efficiency, and employee morale, the Shift Leader will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across the 3rd shift. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to influence culture, elevate operational standards, and execute strategies that align with the broader goals of the department and organization.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $59,400-$85,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
