You'll be stepping into a leadership role at a small, close-knit plant where your impact will be immediate and visible. Your ability to lead with vision and accountability will help shape the future of this shift and set a new standard for operational excellence.

What you will do...

The selected individual will play a key leadership role in driving performance and engagement during the 3rd Shift. With a strong focus on safety, product quality, line efficiency, and employee morale, the Shift Leader will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across the 3rd shift. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to influence culture, elevate operational standards, and execute strategies that align with the broader goals of the department and organization.

  • Lead a third-shift team responsible for the tortilla line

  • Manage daily crewing, enforce GMPs, and oversee safety protocols

  • Serve as the highest-ranking leader on shift (3rd Shift), coordinating with maintenance, quality, and support departments

  • Troubleshoot issues, respond to maintenance calls, and ensure production continuity

  • Support cross-functional collaboration and uphold plant standards

Who will you work with...

  • You'll report to the site leadership team and lead a team of 4 packaging operators and 4 process operators. You'll also work closely with onsite security, quality assurance, maintenance, warehouse, and janitorial teams, serving as the central point of contact during 3rd shift.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Basic Qualifications - High school diploma/GED required, with 1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in CPG or food manufacturing

  • Familiarity with GMPs, safety protocols, and quality assurance

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and collaborate across departments

  • Leadership experience in a lean, hands-on environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$59,400-$85,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
