Position Summary Document Control Specialist Beaumont, TX Long term in plant assignment Responsibilities Deliver project document control against project procedures for internal and external engineering, design, vendor documents, and project correspondence. Comply with the Company Records Management Policy for Controlled and not Controlled documents. Project filing and archiving and handover preparation. Paper and electronic document flow within project team, and from/to contractors or vendors. Manage all paper and electronic document flow within project, and from / to contractors or vendors. Qualifications CAD Experience. 2 years of full-time Document Control Experience. Excellent organizational skills, written and oral. Ability to work under own initiative, manage and prioritize task. Ensuring existing and updated documentation is properly titled, organized and easily identifiable. Follow company standards, policies, and procedures for document control to ensure compliance and expectations.
