Solutions Architect

Key Role:

Develop and architect overarching story development for proposals. Analyze RFP requirements to create approaches to integrate all proposal volumes such as technical, management, past performance, or cost, including proposal story arcs, solutions, messaging, graphics, written volumes, and verbal presentations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading technical and programmatic vision, architecture, and solutions development of full spectrum solutions for the DoD, USCYBERCOM, or IC community

  • 10+ years of experience leading cyber, intelligence, and enterprise IT modernization initiatives across the DoD, USCYBERCOM, or IC community

  • 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing Cyber Operations Forces for Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) and Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)

  • Experience leading SAFe Agile delivery of solutions supporting major programs with a focus on multi-stakeholder requirements and fast-turn delivery of capabilities for the warfighter

  • Experience leading innovation focused on designing prototypes, pilots, or strategic technical partnerships to develop solutions for clients

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

  • Associate's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience participating as an industry contributor with recognition as a thought leader in the field of cyber capabilities to support the warfighter

  • Experience in RF-enabled cyber and EW capabilities, Tactical Edge Infrastructure solutions, and enterprise solutions

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Possession of excellent leadership skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
