Supply Technican

Valiant is seeking a skilled Supply Technician to support the Minuteman Launch Support Services (LSS) contract. This position is responsible for the full spectrum of supply and logistics functions, ensuring material availability, equipment accountability, and inventory accuracy in accordance with the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS), Air Force and federal regulations, and Valiant-approved procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for material requisition, procurement, and accountability across all LSS functional areas.
• Research, validate, and submit parts and materials requisitions; obtain price quotes; and prepare/submit Government Purchase Card (GPC) and reimbursable CLIN requests.
• Maintain and update supply databases and inventory systems for Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP).
• Process unserviceable, excess, or reusable items for disposition or turn-in (TIN) in accordance with policy.
• Maintain bench stock and supply point accounts; process documentation; conduct inventories; and initiate deficiency reports for faulty supplies or equipment.
• Review Work Request Forms (WRFs) for shop-performed minor maintenance and inspections; schedule work through the Production Supervisor.
• Perform inspections and minor maintenance; debrief and close work orders; document discrepancies in the Integrated Maintenance Database System (IMDS).
• Ensure maximum availability and accuracy of serviceable equipment; process assets through the Maintenance Processing Function; and coordinate Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) handling with PMEL contractors.
• Perform CA/CRL Monitor duties for Refurbishment, Corrosion Control, and Equipment Sections.
• Conduct periodic self-inspections of section functions and submit compliance reports as required.
• Serve as Facility Manager, Records Manager, and Personal Wireless Communication Systems Monitor for assigned areas.
• Support refurbishment activities at Launch Facilities (LF), including crane operations signal & safety spotter duties, general maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by the LSS Site Manager.
