Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Capital Markets, the Capital Markets Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the development and refinement of portfolio-level financial models for renewable energy projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with teams across the organization-including project development and asset management-while learning how capital is structured and raised in a fast-growing clean energy company. The intern will assist in various aspects of capital markets transactions, including both debt and tax equity financing. Responsibilities will include supporting financial modeling and analysis, helping with due diligence processes, and engaging with external capital providers such as banks, tax equity investors, and equity partners. The role also involves assisting in the execution of third-party financing deals, including tax equity partnerships, project finance structures, and credit arrangements. This internship is ideal for a candidate looking to gain real-world experience in renewable energy finance and capital markets while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
