MEP Designer

We are seeking an experiencedMEP Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have4-7 years of experiencein designing dry and wet mechanical systems, with experience in industrial greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Develop and produce accurate MEP layouts and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
• Assist in the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and project requirements
• Coordinate MEP system layouts with architectural and structural components
• Use Revizto or similar tools for clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Generate construction drawings, equipment schedules, riser diagrams, and details
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and model updates
• Assist in preparing submittals, redlines, and record drawings
• Lead 3D model reviews with cross discipline and executive level stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
• CAD/BIM certifications or coursework preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 4-7 years of experience in MEP drafting and design for building systems
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required
• Familiarity with Revizto, Navisworks, or other BIM coordination tools is a plus
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, or other relevant building codes and design standards
