Job Description General Summary: As advancing technology reshapes how work gets done, we are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Director of Organization Design - Future of Work to develop the strategy, approaches and tools that enable Leaders and HR in designing tech-enabled organizations. This role will define the frameworks and provide guidance needed to evolve workforce plans, roles and team structures in a way that both unlocks the benefits of advancing technology and supports employees through growth and change. You will work with various stakeholders across HR, Sr Leaders, Training, Finance and Data & Technology teams to design, develop and implement products that meet organizational needs. #LI-EE1 #LI-Hybrid Pay Range: $228,800 - $343,200Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
