Hill International is seeking a Change Engineer in Valencia, California As a member of the dynamic and supportive Construction Management team, the Change Engineer will assist the Sr. Change Manager in developing construction Contract Change Orders, Change Notices, and Modifications . As a member of the Change team, the Change Engineer will take lead on developing Change Worksheets, a document which becomes the basis for the Contract Change and includes narrative on the scope of work, technical justification, chronology, and cost/schedule impacts. The project Change team has established goals for efficient Change processing, effective communication, and maintaining Change documentation. The Change Engineer plays a key role in this team by coordinating with Project Management, Engineer of Record, Technical Discipline Leads, Project Controls Team, and the Change Team, among other stakeholders to efficiently prepare comprehensive Change Worksheets that meet these standards and goals. Training on the unique nature of blended Contract methods and processes will be provided.
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$97,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
