Position Title: Product Manager, Data and Analytics

Department: Technology

Reports to: Lead Product Manager, Data and Analytics

Location: Remote

Schedule: M-F, 35 hours

Salary Range: $107,120 - $123,600
This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.

Position Overview:


The Product Manager, Data & Analytics works within a small team of product managers and data analysts. The role is responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization, developing analytics infrastructure, and expanding data-driven features, working in close collaboration with the Vibrant data team.


The PM plays a key role in translating business needs into data solutions, maintaining and improving dashboards, and driving forward data products that align with organizational goals. This role reports to the Lead Product Manager, Data and Analytics.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Support development and execution of the product roadmap for data and analytics tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards, datasets, and data-driven insights.
  • Assist in building scalable frameworks for analyzing product performance and user behavior.
  • Translate user needs into data requirements and collaborate on implementation with data engineers and analysts.
  • Design and iterate on data sets, reports, and dashboards to support internal and external decision-making.
  • Advocate for best practices in analytics, data literacy, and product development.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and measure outcomes.
  • Support A/B testing, segmentation, and experimentation in collaboration with analytics partners.
  • Collaborate with the data team on ETL processes, reporting architecture, and data governance.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in data product development.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing gaps in data quality, access, or understanding.



Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Experience with data analytics, experimentation, and user research methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on solving real-world problems through data.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including ETL processes and data governance best practices.



Required Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, analytics, or a related data-focused role.
  • Experience delivering dashboards or data tools to support internal or external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with datasets, SQL, or data visualization tools preferred.



Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders
