Position Title: Ski and Ride School Supervisor Employee Type: Seasonal, Full-Time, Hourly Business Unit: Ski and Ride School Position Reports to: Assistant Director, Administrative Manager Positions Reporting to this Role: Instructors Location: Crystal Mountain, Washington State Wage Range: $24.00 to $28.00 DOE Approximate Start & End Date: November 3rd, 2025 - April 26th, 2026 JOB SUMMARY Ski & Ride School Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily lesson operations in one of the two daily lesson areas of the school: the Kid's Learning Center (KLC), or Private & Adult Group Lessons (PAG). Supervisors in the Kid's Learning Center will be overseeing an indoor facility where students ages 4-12 years old are dropped off for lessons for a half or full day. They will also be expected to go on snow during lessons to support instructor and student needs that arise while on snow. Oversight of the indoor facility includes managing check-in and check-out processes for students being dropped off and picked up in the Kid's Learning Center. Supervisors in the Private & Adult Group Lessons area are responsible for setting up the meeting areas, and learning areas, for Private & Adult Group Lessons which meet and end on the snow. They will be accountable to the appropriate assignment of instructors to private lessons and group lessons. They will also be accountable to ensuring group lessons are appropriately organized by skill level and goals in a timely fashion before, and after, the lesson has begun. Like the KLC Supervisors, PAG Supervisors will ski/ride in learning areas during lessons to assist instructors with lesson needs. Both KLC and PAG Supervisors are expected to spend a small portion of each day using the Snowsports School Management software, Flaik, for scheduling instructors for the future day and completing timekeeping. All Supervisors will also be expected to use handheld Flaik scanners at every lineup for tracking the teaching and non-teaching tasks that instructors do for payroll purposes. Lastly, Supervisors will be asked to communicate with the Assistant Director and Director about the training needs they identify while observing instructors teaching Supervisor Positions for the 25/26 Season: Lead Kid's Learning Center Supervisor Assistant Kid's Learning Center Supervisor Lead Private & Adult Group Lessons Supervisor Assistant Private & Adult Group Lessons Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES
