Position Title: Ski and Ride School Sales Desk Agent Employee Type: Seasonal, Full-Time, Hourly Business Unit: Ski and Ride School Position Reports to: Administrative Coordinator/Sales Desk Lead, Assistant Director Positions Reporting to this Role: None Location: Crystal Mountain,Washington Wage Range: $20.00 to $24.00 DOE Approximate Start & End Date: November 10th, 2025 - April 19th, 2026 JOB SUMMARY Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our Ski and Ride School Sales Desk team. As a Sales Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience by helping visitors book ski and snowboard lessons, answering questions about our programs, and serving as a friendly, knowledgeable face at the heart of the Ski and Ride School. The Sales Desk Agent is also responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. The agent will be asked to communicate clearly and often with the supervisor teams and administrative team to manage walk-up lessons sales and capacity.
