Job Summary Be the backstage genius in our culinary production. The Senior Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in executing unforgettable dishes and mentoring the team. Qualifications: 3-5 years in culinary leadership Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and production Culinary certification preferred Key Responsibilities: Assist with menu execution and event planning Manage kitchen stations and prep Train and develop line cooks and prep staff Maintain food quality and consistency Lead safety and sanitation compliance Maintain food and labor cost controls BOH scheduling oversight and payroll compliance Lead hiring manager for BOH hourly positions We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
