This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service). The retention bonus is position specific and non-transferable to other roles. Salary The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. This position has been designated as a recruitment desert and qualifies for a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary: Base salary: $75,630.56- $87,572.23/annually Base salary + Differential: $86,975.14 - $100,708.06/annually Benefits eligibility includes (but not limited to):

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Canvas Health County Mobile Crisis Services system including 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response including the mental health backup on-call system for evenings and weekends. This position is responsible for working with division directors to establish program priorities, policies, and procedures. The position provides crisis assessment and intervention, clinical supervision and other clinical services. Location Glencoe, MN (McLeod County) Schedule 40 hours, Monday - Friday during normal business hours, on-call staff may need to contact this position for consultation outside of these hours.
