Overview: Minimum Pay Rate: $24/hr. Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts with Weekend, Holiday, & On-Call Requirement Location: ALS paramedics will spend some time at the Nationwide Children's Main Campus on South 18th street in Columbus and some time at the Lewis Center ED on Pacer Drive in Delaware. FTE 0.6-0.9. Typical Hours are 10a-10p (Main Hospital) and 1p-1a (Lewis Center ED). Education Requirement: Successful completion of the Transport Paramedic Training Program and Preceptorship, required. Licensure Requirement: Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
