Join our Surgical Services team as our Surgical Scheduler - the master of calendars, the liaison between clinics and the OR, and a critical part of the patient journey. In this role, you'll be the point person for coordinating surgical procedures, collaborating closely with Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) nurses, surgeons, and other departments. You'll make sure all the right people, paperwork, tools, and supplies come together at just the right time. It's part puzzle master, part customer service guru, part data wizard - and 100% essential to keeping our surgical services running like clockwork. What You'll Be Doing:Own the Schedule: Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures with precision and professionalism High school diploma or equivalent Must complete SurgiNet training to stay in this role - but don't worry, we've got your back.
