Overview

Amyx is seeking a skilled and experienced Audit Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS) Legacy Initiative within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. The Audit Manager will play a critical role in responding to and managing audit requests, coordinating artifact collection, and ensuring compliance with federal security frameworks. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit responses and compliance documentation in support of government objectives.



Responsibilities

    Attend audit-related meetings and serve as a primary point of contact for audit requests.
  • Evaluate requests and determine the appropriate artifacts to fulfill requirements.
  • Work with project teams to collect, validate, and deliver requested artifacts.
  • Lead the development and execution of audit readiness plans, including:
  • Evidence collection and triage of requests
  • Control mapping to compliance frameworks.
  • Documentation of compliance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal security frameworks (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP) for cloud-hosted systems.
  • Triage, manage, track, and monitor all audit requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Report progress, metrics, and risk indicators to Amyx leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset and promote Agile best practices across the team.

  • Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Compliance tracking and audit documentation platforms


Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Management Auditing.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting audit readiness and compliance for federal programs.
  • Working knowledge of Prepared-by-Client (PBC) requests such as CAPs, NFRs, IT Material Weakness, etc.
  • Familiarity with evidentiary material/artifacts (e.g., logs, reports, policies, SOPs).
  • Understanding of change management, access control, security management, segregation of duties, audit logging/monitoring, system interfaces, and contingency planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proven ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or other DoD components
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CAP, CGRC, or similar audit/compliance/cybersecurity certifications.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Prior experience supporting audit and compliance in a cloud-hosted or hybrid IT environment.
