MS Dynamics Financial SME Chantilly VA / Hybrid Pay From : $75 / hr MUST : 6+ years of experience working in the Financial Reporting field 3+ years of hands on experience with MS Dynamics Solver (BI-360) Deep expertise working with Dynamics Financial modules (GP, NAV, or Business Central) Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and financial systems integration Proven ability to create custom financial reports Familiarity with Power BI, Jet Reports, or other BI/reporting platforms is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with various members of the team Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Solver certification and/or CPA/CMA designation is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting DUTIES : The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-impact financial reports and models to support executive decision-making, FP&A processes, and financial compliance This candidate will lead efforts to optimize reporting workflows, enhance visibility into financial performance, and improve data integration across systems Lead the development of financial and operational reports using Solver (BI360) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Financials (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting) Serve as the in-house SME for Solver reporting and Dynamics data integration Maintain and optimize reporting workflows, ensuring data integrity and performance Translate business and finance needs into scalable reporting solutions supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee data integration between Dynamics and Solver, including troubleshooting and enhancement Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Executive teams to provide insightful analysis and reporting Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on Solver configuration, data models, and reporting best practices Support Solver upgrades, enhancements, and data warehouse optimizations Provide mentorship to junior analysts and partner closely with IT, Accounting, and FP&A teams Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
