Position Summary Are you a problem-solver who enjoys helping others? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers-resolving billing questions, processing payments, assisting with portal navigation, and more. This is a fully in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls, emails, and text chats related to billing, payments, account access, and general inquiries * Provide accurate, courteous, and timely support in a high-volume contact center * Take ownership of customer issues and ensure effective resolution * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer concerns * Perform basic math calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, etc.) * Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards * Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements (SOX), and PCI compliance * Support additional projects and tasks as assigned * Be available for overtime as needed Required Skills & Qualifications * Customer-focused communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills * Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), web navigation, and multi-monitor use * Problem-solving mindset: Ability to make quick decisions and manage competing priorities * Professionalism: Reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience * Math proficiency: Comfortable with basic calculations Preferred Experience * High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus) * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Experience in a high-volume contact center is a strong advantage *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
