What to Expect This role focuses on managing all aspects of cell testing for both development and production cells within the Cell Engineering team. The Sr. Test Engineer will collaborate closely with development and production teams, as well as cell program managers, to share test results, refine test methods, and discuss findings. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new cell testing schedules and techniques to validate performance and lifetime across various cell chemistries and use cases. This position will work with cell test labs globally to standardize and optimize workflows, while partnering with facility, equipment, data, and modeling teams to ensure tests meet specifications and results are delivered accurately and on time.
