Reporting directlytosenior leadership, this position demands not only executional discipline, but also strategic foresight to scale operations in alignment with Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. This role serves as the collaborativepartnerbetween field installations,materialplanning,logistics, and inventorycontrol teams- ensuring that everycomponentneeded to deploy Tesla Energy products arrives with precision andquality. The ideal leader brings not just operationalexpertise, but the ability to inspire a high-performing team, implement systems, and build scalable processes that fuel growth across multipledepartments.
What You'll Do
- Lead and Inspire Teams:Directly manage a workforce of 10+WarehouseAssociates across multiple departments with a focus on accountability, development, and operational achievement. Actively recruit, train, and scale the workforce to meet Tesla's expanding market demands
- Drive Operational Excellence:Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs across Receiving, Fulfillment, and Shipping. Ensure productivity metrics,processtime, and service levels are consistently met or exceeded
- Workforce Management:Forecast labor demand, align headcount to business needs, andmaintainoptimalstaffing levels. Lead with a continuous improvement mindset byidentifyingbottlenecks and scaling efficiencies through Lean principles and automation
- End-to-End Fulfillment Ownership:Design and execute processes to ensure field crews receiveaccurateinstallation kits on time
- Facility & Asset Management:Oversee the entireDistributionCenter footprint, including layout optimization, inventory flow, storageutilization, and materialflow. Ensure all warehouse assetsand equipmentaremaintainedto Tesla's high performance and safety standards
- Documentation & Compliance:Uphold a culture of accountability through meticulous documentation and auditing practices. Ensure full compliance with hazmat protocols, safety regulations, vendor documentation, and all shipping/receiving records
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution environmentand2+ years ofProven leadership; ideally in warehouse and distribution Experience with inventory planning systems; ERP/WMSproficiencyrequired
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability to understand material handling at all levels.Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working in a physically demanding environment
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.Strong communicationskills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and field leaders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, ERP systems, WMS, and TMS
- Open availability to support dynamic operational hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
