Step into the role of Executive Chef at Fayette County School Corporation in Connersville, IN-where your creativity and leadership will craft the dining experience for over 3,200 students across 8 schools. Reporting to the Director of Dining Services, you'll lead a talented team with precision and energy, all while enjoying a phenomenal Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Say goodbye to late nights and weekends, and hello to work-life balance in a role that truly matters. In this exciting position, you'll collaborate with an Assistant Director and 55 dedicated Chartwells associates to deliver outstanding meals and experiences across a 8 schools. You'll also support a growing catering program and lead standout culinary initiatives like live cooking demos, smoking meats, and mentoring a senior student from the local Career Center's culinary program.
