Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Location: 352 Mountain House Rd, Halifax, PA Starting Pay: $22.00/hour Shift differential: $2.00 Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM Seasonal Term: August through December (with potential to extend) Overtime: As needed What You'll Do As aSeasonal Third Shift Press Brake Operator, you'll help build Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. You will performing various duties to operate various Press brakes to produce Sheetmetal components that supply the production areas for stove products. Job Duties Operating lasers to cut metalComplete required machine set up which includes multiple tool and die changes as required by change in model mix. Load/unload machine and manufacture programmed parts including the disassembly and assembly of machined parts. Utilize required tools (i.e. caliper, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, protractors) to adhere to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications Take responsibility for the quality of all parts by inspecting and immediately reporting any problems, discrepancies/or irregularities to the supervisor. Maximize efficiencies in changeover necessary regarding tools, equipment, jigs, carts, etc. Completes quality and safety checks, procedures, and documentation. Performs operator equipment preventative maintenance as directed. What You Bring We're looking for reliable, hands-on team players with a passion for quality.
