Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager - Mass is instrumental to the growth and scale of Impossible Foods' business in alignment with the corporate strategy. This role will be the point of contact for managing critical strategic key customer relationships, developing and budgeting trade promotions, and achieving overall sales goals while also collaborating closely on shopper marketing programs. This position will report to the Director of Retail Sales - Everyday Value Channel. (Mass/Club)
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
8-10 years of CPG/food retail sales experience with Walmart and/or Target
Recent experience growing a brand, pioneering new categories, and crafting new processes.
You know retail Link/Luminate like the back of your hand.
This role requires regular travel, including weekly/monthly visits to Walmart, 4-6 annual offsite meetings or conferences, and periodic travel to Minneapolis for Target meetings.
Preferred location: Northwest Arkansas. Remote candidates may also be considered with the ability to travel as needed.

A mix of large and small manufacturer experience in your background.
Experience with syndicated data to leverage insights and weekly/monthly reporting
Success in managing and collaborating with internal partners to accelerate growth at Walmart.
Highly collaborative approach and able to unite all types of cross- functions (Category Management, Trade, Marketing & Communications, Finance, Strategy, Operations, etc.)
Shown success working independently and navigating in a constantly evolving, and exciting, high growth environment.
Experience communicating and presenting to internal & external leadership
A positive demeanor and strive to excel.
Essential Job Functions:
Act as lead customer contact for WMI with responsibility for growing sales (volume and net revenue) and share.
Act as lead customer contact for Target with responsibility for growing sales (volume and net revenue and share).
Develop and grow the collaborative strategic partnership and joint business planning process.
Understand the interactions between Mass customers when it comes to pricing and promotional mechanics.
Lead all sales presentations and line reviews to effectively drive key initiatives and identify growth opportunities for Impossible.
Understand key customer business needs with the ability to build both short and long-term strategies to drive mutually beneficial results.
Manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and establish a plan for achieving/exceeding targets.
Own bottom up forecast for both existing and new products and inputs into S&OP process.
Use TPM system to handle total customer spending and deduction management in a timely manner and within budget.
Partner with internal cross-functional departments, to increase support across all business areas (Sales Strategy, Trade, Finance, Product, Supply, MarComms).

Compensation Range: $120K - $150K
