None LinkedIn Recruiter Tag #LI-CC2 Export-Controlled Data This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items , Responsibilities Howmet Engine Systems has an immediate opening for an Outside Machining Coordinator (OSM) to assist in the manufacturing process at our facility in Rochester, NY. This position is eligible for $1000. sign-on bonus. Summary Work in a fast-paced manufacturing company managing throughput with vendors, creating purchase orders and communicating with team members. Responsibilities: Manage vendor capacity and throughput Coordinate outside machining and NDT placement between supplier base Expedite and report daily to team members the status of outside services Primary point for cutting purchase orders to designated machine shops Act as a backup for purchase order entry when needed to help with coverage during vacations, etc... , Qualifications Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience Ability to multi-task and manage priorities Strong Microsoft Office skills Preferred Qualifications Associates degree from an accredited institution 2 years of experience Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
