The Associate Executive Operations Manager is a key member on the Chief of Staff team, with a primary focus on helping drive employee engagement and development initiatives. This role supports the strategy, planning, and execution of programs that foster culture, elevate employee experiences, and support individual and team growth. Responsibilities include delivering meaningful engagement experiences, recognition programs, and development opportunities. In addition, this role supports executive communications, team events, and organizational operations to foster connection, visibility, and alignment across the organization. This position offers a broad view of the entire organization and the ability to have an impact at the highest level of the company. The ideal candidate is a creative, resourceful, proactive self-starter with a passion for people, excellent project management skills, and a strong eye for detail and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Support employee development programs like mentoring, speaker series, and branding workshops. Partner with HR on employee growth initiatives and intern programs. Manage logistics and keep details on track to help people grow and thrive. Support the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of employee engagement programs that strengthen team culture, foster inclusion, and build a sense of belonging. Programs include recognition initiatives, HR alignment, employee survey actions, and enterprise partnerships. Help plan and coordinate team events and key meetings, like quarterly all team meetings, speaker series and mix & mingles. Handle scheduling, logistics, and partner support to create smooth, high-impact experiences. Turn everyday moments into something meaningful. Assist with creating and curating executive and internal communications that reflect leadership's voice and builds team connection. Communications include executive social posts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), newsletters, team site content (SharePoint), and updates across internal platforms (Teams, Viva Engage). Step in on special projects and team priorities as needed. Flexibility and follow-through are key.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Marketing, or related
Work Experience:
2+ years' business planning and operations experience 2+ years program or project management experience 1+ years' experience working with or supporting executive leadership teams

Base Pay Range: $66,200 - $119,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
