We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale network security and isolation initiatives across cloud services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience, compliance, and segmentation of Microsoft services, enabling our customers to operate securely at scale. As a Principal TPM, you will partner with engineering, security, networking, and compliance teams to define strategy, align roadmaps, and deliver secure-by-design solutions that span Microsoft's global cloud infrastructure.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesLead strategic programs to improve network security posture, including isolation, segmentation, and perimeter hardening across Microsoft cloud services.Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with security, networking, engineering, and compliance teams.Own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that span multiple divisionDrive adoption of zero-trust principles, private networking, and service-level isolation patterns.Track and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.Build and manage program-level dashboards and KPIs, ensuring leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.
