As a global leader in building technology, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our 2nd shift team in Albany, MO, where we manufacture high-quality, custom commercial air handlers. What You'll Do As aClass II Fabricator, you'll play a key role in assembling HVAC systems that power buildings across the country. Your responsibilities will include: Verifying hardware and components against the Bill of Materials (BOM) Installing hardware and custom parts per HVAC specifications Reading and interpreting blueprints and spec sheets Using hand tools (rivet gun, air gun, knife, welding tools) Operating bridge cranes or hoists to move materials Performing preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs Following production schedules and maintaining safety standards What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and follow blueprints and build plans (preferred) Experience in industrial or fabrication settings (a plus) Commitment to safety and quality What We Offer On-the-job training Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life Insurance Paid Holidays and Vacation Short- and Long-Term Disability Optional Benefits: Pet Insurance, ID Theft Protection, Legal Support, and more Why Join Us?
