Summary: Reporting to VP of Finance, works collaboratively with System Contracting Department on advanced payment program initiatives and other continuous quality improvement initiatives within BHMG. Responsibilities:
Other information: Education and Experience * Bachelors in a healthcare related field. Clinical background and experience preferred. * Three or more years' experience in the implementation of Clinical Quality Improvement initiatives preferred Knowledge, Skills and Ability * Knowledge of NCQA, Meaningful Use, MACRA, GPRO, Pay for Performance programs and other continuous quality improvement initiatives * Knowledge of quality improvement processes, models and tools * Proficiency with electronic health record, various software programs and demonstrated ability to design workflows for successful use of the application in clinical practice * Experience project management and implementing quality initiatives in a clinical setting * Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as rigorous attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
Physical Effort and Dexterity * Sit and stand for prolonged periods of time * Work and move among all departments and practice locations.
