About the Role: We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Help Desk Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is key to keeping our IT team organized by handling scheduling, ticket tracking, documentation, and inventory. In-office attendance is required as this position involves frequent face-to-face interactions with team members and vendors.

What You'll Do:




  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with internal communications. Track and organize IT support tickets, vendor contracts, and equipment orders.Monitor and assign incoming IT tickets, ensuring timely resolution.



  • Maintain IT inventory (computers, monitors, peripherals, licenses).



  • Assist with deployment, recovery, and documentation of equipment.



  • Coordinate with vendors for orders, repairs, or replacements.



  • Keep IT documentation (guides, manuals) current and accurate.



  • Support IT compliance efforts and audits.



  • Assist with IT projects (system rollouts, equipment upgrades).



  • Process invoices from IT vendors and service providers.



  • Act as first point of contact for IT complaints or concerns.



  • Perform other duties as needed.




What We're Looking For:


  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in IT or a technical environment.



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).



  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.



  • Basic understanding of IT terms and hardware/software is a plus.
