Electrical Maintenance Technician

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hr (based on experience)
• Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Some flexibility or OT may be required

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various production equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical components such as motors, relays, control panels, alarms, and wiring
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for equipment setups and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
• Replace defective components and perform necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation
• Monitor gauges, indicators, and production standards for consistent equipment performance
• Support and enforce safety standards and device functionality on all machines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Must be comfortable lifting as needed and working in an active industrial environment
