Acumen Solutions, Inc. (a Salesforce company) seeks Senior Solution Architect in Mclean, VA:

Job Duties: Serve as a strategic advisor and product expert to the company's enterprise level customers. Through user story definition, logical data model design, functional system design, and best practice methodologies lead the detailed design of enterprise-level Salesforce and related technology projects from inception through production support. Provide industry standards as a trusted advisor to key business and technology partners and identifying areas of product growth. Lead projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases. Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Ensure the overall solution design meets business requirements, fulfills user stories while leading a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases. Define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed Salesforce system and functional designs. Document business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc., while making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs. Define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a comprehensive solution that will enable the achievement of the desired business outcomes. Telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) CRM Software Solutions; (2) Salesforce Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Clouds; (3) Apex and VF Pages; (4) Lightning Components; (5) Triggers; (6) Salesforce Flows, Workflows and Process Builder; (7) SOQL and SOSL; (8) REST APIs and SOAP APIs; (9) oAuth and Single Sign-On; and (10) Jira. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $147,800.00 - $244,200.00 per annum.
