Salesforce Order Management, a part of Salesforce's Commerce Cloud, is seeking technically strong, energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate leaders to guide our software engineering teams. You will lead outstanding developers, ensuring a focus on quality.

We cultivate a collaborative environment that values open communication, constructive feedback, thorough code reviews, and an enjoyable learning experience.

Order Management empowers our B2C and B2B customers to create exceptional omnichannel order experiences, encompassing shopping, purchase, orchestration, and customer service. A robust Order Management System enhances the product experience and drives operational excellence. We collaborate with Commerce Cloud digital storefronts, support customer service agents utilizing Service Cloud, and provide "clicks, not code" declarative tools for administrators to effortlessly manage complex integrations.

  • Vocally advocating for technical excellence and helping the teams make good decisions.

  • Participating in architecture discussions and planning.

  • Participating in cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with leads from other engineering teams.

  • Maintaining and encouraging our culture by interviewing and hiring only the most qualified individuals.

Required Skills:

  • A passion for understanding technical landscapes and translating that knowledge into product possibilities in collaboration with Product and Design.

  • A strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of finding creative solutions to complex challenges.

  • Proven ability to seamlessly switch between being hands-on with technical problem-solving and stepping back to empower and coach the team.
