Your leadership will be critical in guiding SLED organizations to establish cutting-edge capabilities, leveraging MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to orchestrate AI-powered solutions, enable agent-driven automation (Agentforce), and unify disparate data sources with Data Cloud for real-time insights and hyper-personalized experiences. We're looking for an exceptional leader to join our Solution Engineering team focused on the State, Local, NGO and Education (SLED+NGO) segments. If you possess proven leadership, deep intellectual curiosity, superb problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering belief that the right technology can solve any challenge, you're the ideal candidate for this pivotal position. As a MuleSoft Solution Engineering Senior Manager, SLED+NGO Segments, you'll be a vital player-coach within our SE leadership team. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive significant impact for our SLED+NGO customers. You'll directly manage an existing team of Solution Engineers, and your responsibilities will include:
