Job Description:
Description: As a Mulesoft Administrator, you should possess excellent knowledge of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and its functionalities. Prior work experience as a Mulesoft Administrator or a similar role will be an added advantage. You should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage time wisely, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding multitasking abilities.
Essential Functions & Duties:
  • Deploying, managing, and monitoring APIs and integrations on the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Configuring and administering Mulesoft environments, including CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on-premise runtimes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Mulesoft applications, integrations, and platform components.
  • Monitoring the health and performance of Mulesoft applications and infrastructure using Anypoint Monitoring.
  • Implementing and managing security policies for APIs and integrations within the Mulesoft platform.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of Mulesoft solutions.
  • Maintaining and documenting Mulesoft configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Performing upgrades and patches to the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Assisting in onboarding new team members to Mulesoft administration practices.
  • Managing user access, roles, and permissions within the Anypoint Platform.
Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:
  • Working experience as a Mulesoft Administrator preferred.
  • Professional certification as a Mulesoft Certified Administrator or Mulesoft Certified Developer (Level 1) is highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of API lifecycle management and integration patterns.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and Design Center.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in generating Mulesoft reports and analytics.
  • Ability to solve problems promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Mulesoft deployments.
Required Certifications:
  • Mulesoft Certified Administrator (Mule 4)
Citizenship or Work Authorization Required:
  • Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must pass a background investigation
Preferred Education & Experience: Commensurate experience in IT and in new and related older technology that directly relates to the required area of expertise.

As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. Essential Job Function Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this position are critical in evaluating the qualifications and abilities of an applicant or employee. The physical efforts needed to perform the essential duties of this job 90% of the time are repetitive motions, grasping, holding, and finger dexterity of the hands, reading, writing, eye-hand coordination, color distinction, and full visual abilities, hearing, talking, sitting, and use of IT equipment, phones, and office machines.

To a reduced degree, <30% of the time, candidates may have to stand, walk, lift 0-30 pounds, push or pull objects, climb stairs, bend, squat, reach, drive a car, or work overtime.
