The Brand Specialist is a key member of the brand strategy team within Relativity's marketing group and will help manage the Relativity brand and its strategic activation globally. Reporting to the brand manager, you'll drive results across high-profile brand initiatives and play a visible part in elevating the consistency and strength of our work.

Job Description and Requirements

Your Role in Action

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of brand strategies that resonate with our audience, ensuring alignment with brand architecture and naming conventions.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to contribute to the development of identity systems, artwork, and guidelines for both product- and corporate-level brands.

  • Proactively manage brand implementation across various touchpoints, ensuring consistent application of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling.

  • Drive and contribute to the planning and execution of brand campaigns and programs to increase awareness and strengthen perception, always ensuring strategic alignment.

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional groups - setting and managing schedules, handling dependencies, and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.

  • Maintain and optimize our digital asset management (DAM) system, supporting stakeholders in compliance with brand standards.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and our external supplier to manage our branded merchandise platform.

  • Report on the effectiveness of our brand platforms, campaigns, and other projects, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing guidance to marketing teams and external partners and participating in training sessions.

  • Serve as an enthusiastic champion and steward of the Relativity brand portfolio.

  • Anticipate project needs, identify potential risks early, and solve problems independently.

  • Contribute to a culture of excellence by aligning your work to defined success metrics and proactively collaborating with the team to set expectations and activities.

Your Skills

  • 1 - 3 years of marketing experience with exposure to brand management or strategy within an advertising agency, consulting firm, branding agency, or client-side.

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, architecture, and identity elements.

  • Self-starter with a bias toward action, a continuous-improvement mindset, and ownership of outcomes.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including proactive stakeholder management.

  • Proven attention to detail across high-visibility deliverables; ability to apply brand and strategic goals to work product.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and apply strategic thinking, even among matrixed organizational structure and complex subject matter.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of hitting deadlines and driving alignment across teams.

  • Enthusiastic about making an impact and growing within a dynamic marketing team

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$73,000 and $109,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
