Drive profitable growth by achieving monthly and annual production, profitability, and portfolio performance goals, including GWP, Loss Ratio, and Combined Ratio objectives. Lead the charge in new business development: attend high-profile broker and industry events, forge impactful connections, and open doors throughout the Northeast What You'll Need to Succeed Expert knowledge of US GL, Environmental, and Excess Liability, including product nuances, compliance, and risk management that comes with your *8+ years* of Environmental/Excess experience. Refined technical mastery in insurance underwriting. Proven talent for leading, inspiring, and developing underwriters into future stars. Sharp analytical skills to navigate financial statements and complex data. Exceptional broker communication, networking, and relationship-building prowess. Impeccable organizational and time management talents. For positions based in New York, the base salary range is $185,900 - $223,100, and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
