The annual pay range for this position is$126,194.00 - $185,700.00/year

How You Will Contribute:

Duties: Responsible for leading Data Analytics for driving and supporting strategic initiatives related to service partner. Understand and translate strategic data needs of business, into data system architecture, design, and development. Develop and maintain action-oriented reports and dashboard in Power BI and presentations, including the development of ad-hoc reporting. Develop, automate, and monitor performance metrics for partner that align to strategic objectives. Recommend improvements to boost service partner delivery performance and reduce costs. Work with business and leadership to define and track critical KPIs and metrics to manage partner performance. Work with large and complex data set from multiple sources to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches. Evolve and maintain service partner scorecards. Develop and maintain automated metrics reporting processes and tools. Establish partner management commercial, contractual, financial, and business reports. Develop and maintain databases in Excel, SQL Server, and/or MS Access. Define business requirements, understand, and test opportunities to improve the processes and reporting tools, and drive roadmaps through insights and recommendations. Own and manage UAT process and results for change control and operational readiness and deployment.

May telecommute from anywhere in the United States. 10% domestic and international travel required.

The Must Haves:

Requirements:

Employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, Business Analytics, Analytics and Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Intelligence Analysts-related occupation.

Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: * Developing and managing supplier scorecards; * Performance metrics data development and data analyses; * Creating KPIs and metrics reports; * Leading Data analytics to support strategic initiatives; * Developing and managing supplier evaluation, surveys, and scorecard; * Creating and building differential relationships with Service Partners; * Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Project planning software, and PowerBI; * RCA process experience and knowledge; * Data mining, analysis, statistical analysis, and reporting; * Preparing business requirement document; and * Working with IT from development to deployment into production.

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
