What does a Lead Combo Account Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Lead Combo Account Manager promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store's Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).

Responsibilities:

• Interact and build rapport with decision-makers at each customer location. Place orders for product delivery, maintaining sufficient inventory levels to meet consumer demand
• Manage and restock customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers, and ensure all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated per company standards
• Supervise merchandisers and collaborate with the bulk delivery driver to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management expectations
• Rotate products to ensure stores follow a "first in, first out" stocking system by organizing and removing older products from shelves
• Sell additional displays, new products, and promotional items throughout assigned stores to increase sales volume and drive revenue
• Ensure Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) are followed year-round by coordinating with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and the store's general manager
• Maintain backroom stock areas in a safe and accessible stack formation within the assigned storage space. Write credits and confirm they are ready for pick-up by the bulk driver
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods industries required
• Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices

Pay: $55,846.00 to $73,298.00
