*Description*
Shift: Third shift Their main job will be getting everything migrated over to Windows 11. Outside of that they will provide hardware and network support and to allow users the ability to perform their jobs as they relate to computer operations. To maintain PCs and peripherals in working order to enable user access to the software. To ensure all associates are knowledgeable in the functioning of their PC equipment and software. * Respond to help desk tickets and document all work. * Respond to Maximo work orders and document all time and work * Perform PM work orders as they are scheduled by the Technician Coordinator * Analyze and/or repair all Associates' network, hardware and software problems to enable them to perform the duties of their jobs. * Remove viruses, spyware, and malware from infected computers. * Build systems and install operating systems, software, peripheral devices. * Create and maintain all system build documents. * Create and maintain computer images. * Identify and/or repair first level network related issues. Ensure second level network related issues are passed on to the appropriate staff member(s). * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Develop and participate in department projects as requested to allow departments to work more efficiently. * Address other issues and/or assume other responsibilities as opportunities arise. *Skills* Active directory, Windows, Desktop, Windows 10, Support, Troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills, documentation process *Top Skills Details* Active directory,Windows,Desktop,Windows 10,Support,Troubleshooting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience with Microsoft products * Proven ability to comprehend and analyze data * Multi-tasking and prioritization skills * Demonstrated troubleshooting skills * Demonstrated ability to interact productively in a team environment * A+ Network Certification (preferred) * Experience with ticketing system (preferred) *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
