What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement organizational systems that align with company strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate C-suite and cross-functional workshops, using expert facilitation methods to unlock new thinking and build consensus around complex organizational challenges.
  • Leverage data analytics and workforce planning tools to diagnose organizational health, identify gaps, and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Lead large-scale organization development initiatives, including strategy development, change management, organizational design, talent optimization, and process redesign projects.
  • Develop and deploy organization design frameworks, tools, and resources to support leaders and teams throughout the company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing guidance on organizational strategy, organizational behavior, talent planning, and leadership development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of organizational design and development initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
