Looking for
a reliable opportunity with competitive pay and flexible weekend shifts? Staffmark is hiring Material Handlers in Perris, CA to join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting a global health and wellness company. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a smooth-running operation, this could be the perfect fit for you!

As a Material Handler, you'll accurately move and process merchandise while supporting warehouse tasks like picking, packing, shipping, and inventory. You'll work both independently and with a team, and a basic understanding of cGMPs is preferred.

Pay:



  • 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift: $19.50/hr



Shifts Available:



  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Sunday & Monday OR Friday & Saturday
  • (Mandatory extra shifts up to 5 days/week in August and September)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sunday & Monday OR Friday & Saturday
  • (Mandatory overtime with shifts up to 12 hours during August and September depending on workload)



Responsibilities:



  • Follow all safety policies and company procedures
  • Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products
  • Pick, pack, sort, re-bag, re-ticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed
  • Verify product accuracy and assign product locations
  • Enter data manually, via computer, or using RF scanners
  • Conduct product counts and reconciliations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow dress code and professional appearance standards
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates and supervisors
  • Maintain department equipment, skids, slips, and supplies
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • May require certification to operate warehouse motor vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Comfortable operating hand and power equipment safely
  • Basic math and computer skills
