Description Empathetic Money Coach - Empower Financial Wellness Nationwide (Remote) Are you passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with money? What You'll Do As a Money Coach, you'll work with hundreds of individuals each year-spanning diverse academic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds-to: * Deliver Impactful Coaching * Facilitate virtual, one-on-one coaching sessions that blend motivational interviewing with a shared digital experience to help participants reflect, learn, and grow. * Promote Behavior Change * Pilot new coaching techniques in a test-driven environment that merges behavioral science with digital tools to inspire better budgeting, saving, and spending habits. * Build Personalized Action Plans * Break down big financial goals into manageable steps, empowering participants to take control of their money and their future. * Foster Strong Relationships * Be a consistent, compassionate presence-celebrating wins, navigating setbacks, and offering referrals to additional support services when needed. Your Responsibilities * Maintain accurate, timely notes and data in our CRM system for impact tracking and seamless client support. * Manage your calendar and communications (phone, text, email) to stay responsive and organized. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay sharp and aligned with program goals. * Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
