Position Summary:

The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization's quality assurance (QA) and compliance programs across internal operations and customer-facing programs. This role develops, implements, and maintains quality and compliance management systems to ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards. The Manager supports both internal teams and program delivery by monitoring compliance, leading audits and assessments, managing corrective actions, and driving continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities



  • Develops, implements, maintains, improves, monitors, and manages the company's quality and compliance management systems and all principal quality activities across the organization
  • Coordinates, prioritizes, and implements process and performance improvement opportunities and quality initiatives to meet internal and external customer needs
  • Manages and maintains delivery processes, procedures, and associated assets
  • Monitors the compliance of the delivery and shared services groups by working with designated project and shared service team members
  • Ensures that internal audits of process, projects, and shared service teams are scheduled and carried out
  • Organizes management reviews for the quality and compliance management systems
  • Creates and coordinates proper reporting channels for compliance issues
  • Develops and works corrective/ preventive action plans as needed to address compliance audit findings of non-compliances and to address behavior and activities in the workplace that doesn't comply with applicable recommendations
  • Monitors timely closure of non-compliance findings
  • Coordinates and provides (where necessary) quality, compliance, and process-related training for project execution for employees
  • Provides status to leadership of quality and compliance issues
  • Plans and implements risk-related programs
  • Develops and coordinates company compliance communications
  • Defines and monitors process performance metrics and data dashboard reports
  • Organizes, coordinates, and participates, as appropriate, in external assessments and audits
  • Reviews existing compliance programs to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Provides input on process and performance improvement prioritization
  • Monitors efficacy of the company's quality and compliance efforts
  • Offers process improvement recommendations


Qualifications

  • BachelorsDegree in relevant field required
  • Experience with industry certification, such as CMMI, ISO, etc.
  • Must have at least 6+ years in supporting QA of programs/projects
  • 3+ years in editing and technical writing
  • 3+ years in configuration management and documentation integrity
  • Experience in creating templates for project use
  • Experience in creating and presenting material to various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detailed focused
  • Excellent organization skills

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $140,000.00.Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
