*Job Title: *Employee Health Records Coordinator - Data Entry Specialist
*Location: *On-site in the Northridge area | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Duration: *6-Month Contract Department: Employee Health / EHR Transition Team Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and resilient Employee Health Records Coordinator to support a critical digital transformation initiative. This project involves converting approximately 2,500 employee health records-spanning 3-4 years-from paper to our new electronic health record (EHR) system, ReadySet. This is a project-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and doesn't get overwhelmed easily. You'll play a key part in modernizing our employee health documentation process. Key Responsibilities * Review and organize employee health records from 2020 to 2024, including TB tests, workers' comp, and medical history. * Digitally categorize and upload documents into ReadySet according to year and record type. * Email scanned documents to designated accounts before uploading into the system. * Follow a phased approach to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal protocols. * Collaborate with the Employee Health Nurse and project lead (Kayera) for guidance and support. * Attend on-site training and new hire orientation.
