Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and resilient individual to support the digitization of employee health records into the ReadySet system. This role is critical in transitioning approximately 2,500 paper-based employee health records-spanning 3-4 years-into a centralized digital platform. Key Responsibilities: * Review and organize employee health records, including TB tests, workers' compensation documentation, and medical history. * Upload records into ReadySet according to the following structure: Email scanned documents to a designated account prior to uploading into ReadySet. * Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data handling protocols. * Follow a phased upload plan as discussed with leadership, including the CFO. * Maintain clear documentation of progress and flag any issues or inconsistencies. Qualifications: * Experience handling confidential medical or HR records preferred. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Comfortable working independently and managing repetitive tasks. * Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure-this role requires someone who doesn't get easily overwhelmed. * Familiarity with ReadySet or similar health record systems is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
