About the role:
Leads the development and execution of cross-functional, strategic initiatives focused on delivering innovative solutions in the atrial fibrillation (AFib) market. This role combines project management expertise with a strong marketing acumen to bring cardiovascular solutions to market that drive clinical outcomes, brand growth, and create competitive differentiation. Acts as a key orchestrator across marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless program delivery aligned with Boston Scientific's mission to transform lives.

Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Leads complex, high-impact projects within the Corporate Accounts franchise by defining scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Integrated Campaign & Launch Management: Partners with marketing leads to align project milestones with brand strategies, product launches, and go-to-market plans.
  • Supports development of campaign execution timelines, content creation workflows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitates collaboration across departments including Marketing, Medical Education, Digital teams and Commercial functions to ensure aligned execution.
  • Assigns tasks, ensures accountability, and monitors progress to meet program goals and market timelines.
  • Ensures project deliverables are anchored in voice-of-customer insights, competitive intelligence, and differentiated value propositions that resonate with hospital administrators and physicians.
  • Proactively identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures compliance with Quality System regulations and marketing claims substantiation.
  • Prepares and delivers compelling project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to inform strategic decisions and build alignment across matrixed stakeholders.
  • Champions best practices in marketing-led project management.
  • Strives to continuously improve project delivery frameworks to enhance agility and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety, product quality, and marketing compliance by upholding Boston Scientific's Quality Policy and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Champions a culture of quality in cross-functional planning, review, and execution of marketing programs and deliverables.
  • Applies deep knowledge of project and marketing operations to coordinate high-visibility AFib initiatives with business-critical outcomes.
  • Leverages insights into the competitive cardiovascular landscape to guide program execution and position the AFib portfolio for commercial success.
  • Serves as a visible leader driving collaboration, alignment, and focus across multifunctional teams.
  • Influences without authority, aligning stakeholders around shared milestones and marketing-driven value delivery.
  • Exercises strategic judgment and analytical thinking to resolve complex program challenges and keep initiatives on track and aligned with market needs.
  • Directly contributes to the success of Boston Scientific's AFib growth strategy by ensuring timely delivery of high-impact programs and launch readiness.
  • Leads high-stakes presentations, workshops, and status reviews with senior executives and global teams.
  • Translates technical, clinical, and operational inputs into clear, actionable marketing execution plans.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years in project management, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and quantitative skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior leaders.
  • High motivation and a proactive mindset, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Travel: Up to 20% domestic travel.


Preferred qualifications:



  • Advanced Degree: MBA or Master's preferred.
  • MedTech: Experience in medical technology or related field.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
