Job Summary

This full-time position involves working within the International Group at EnergySolutions to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business through diverse assignments in the first year. The goal is to identify the most suitable areas matching your skill set.

You will collaborate with EnergySolutions personnel to review data, processes, and technical approaches to develop solutions and address customer-related issues within the International Group. This role may also involve assignments across various EnergySolutions groups and departments to gain experience in all service areas.

Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their requirements are met. Additionally, you will support the development and identification of new business opportunities within existing and new contracts.

This role acts as a valuable entry-level position, providing significant exposure to different facets of the company and preparing you for future career growth within EnergySolutions.

Job Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities


  • Collaborates with EnergySolutions International Group to comprehend contracted and new technical, contractual, and financial processes and requirements.
  • Evaluates, and writes recommendations on technical data, programs, and processes to develop solutions for technical issues. This may involve working within and outside of the International Group and across other ES divisions.
  • May serve as a liaison between the customer and EnergySolutions International Group.
  • Responds to technical questions and information from customers. Assesses whether the technical information aligns with established programs, processes, contracts, and regulations.
  • Works with colleagues in the Technical Service department to ensure compliance with advanced technical issues.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with existing customers. Identifies customer needs and ensures their requirements are fulfilled.
  • Generally, understands customer contracts and business planning activities broadly to ensure successful completion of contract work.
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities within existing contracts.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed to support the group.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Concentration in chemistry
  • Problem solving ability.
