Genesis10 is seeking a Database Administrator Specialist-AWS Aurora Postgres DBE for a 12 month contract to hire position with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA. This position is fully onsite. Summary: Can design, develop, implement, and maintain cloud database systems to support business needs Qualifications: Experience in: Database creation and maintenance Database testing Problem resolution Management of database integration activities. Expertise as database engineer/administrator in -Aurora Postgres (7 yrs minimum hands-on experience needed) Database development experience -- Automation Code development and deployment on AWS ecosystem (CFT/Lamda creation and maintenance, terraform)-- Minimum 3 yrs of development experience needed Database backup and restore experience Database Security configurations Experience in any of the other RDBMS will be nice to have: Mongo Atlas Document DB Dynamo DB DSQL Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
