Job Summary
Manages the operation, monitoring and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems to include: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Plans and oversees the delivery of service to customers. Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements High School or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred. 5-7 years Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position. Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, presentation and leadership skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good analytical/critical thinking.
